Getting refund for M&G
"The entire casino messed up the M&G," I reported to roll call the VIP booth at 3:50 pm. Unfortunately, this wasn't organized with the casino representatives, and I was sent away. Told all events would follow "ribbon cutting," "return at 6 pm." At the time, tee-shirts were being set up, and a young lady in boots was setting up another table. I went down as instructed; however, I continued to watch. Around 4:15, I noticed people around the top of the escalators, so I went and attempted to ride up. Again, I was sent away, "ribbon cutting was the start of events." Following Ribbon Cutting, I did go up: in line with 7 others who were also turned away, we are informed M&G was over. I did not let it get me down. I was excited; it was my husband's first Phamaly Theatre Company concert on his birthday. I am sure Ticket Master will refund my monies for the M&G. This was all witnessed on casino cameras, and I am certain the right thing will be done.
